Welcome to Nurse Nicole Aesthetics. These Terms & Conditions apply to all consultations, treatments, and services provided by Nurse Nicole Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We are a nurse-led aesthetic clinic based in the UK, providing non-surgical cosmetic and skincare treatments.

2. What Information We Collect

  • Clients must be 18 years or over for injectable treatments. Proof of age may be requested.

  • All treatments require a full consultation and completion of a medical history form.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.

  • Some treatments require a patch test before proceeding.

3. Medical Information

  • You must disclose all relevant medical information, medications, allergies, and recent treatments before your procedure.

  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of your treatment, and you may still be charged.

4. Consultations & Results

  • A consultation will determine the most suitable treatment for you.

  • All results vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and medical history.

  • No treatment results are guaranteed, and multiple sessions may be required for best results.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP and may be subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. During & After Treatment

  • Some treatments carry common side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, or tenderness, which usually resolve within a few days.

  • You will be given aftercare advice — it is your responsibility to follow it.

  • We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for services once provided.

  • Refunds are only given if we are unable to carry out your treatment for medical or safety reasons.

  • Product purchases are non-refundable once opened or used.

9. Photos & Confidentiality

  • Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for your medical records. These will not be shared without your consent.

  • All personal and medical information is stored securely in compliance with GDPR.

10. Liability

  • We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Complaints

  • We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Complaints will be handled promptly and professionally in line with our clinic’s policy.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
